Courtney has a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Horticulture with a focus on Landscape Design and Contracting from Colorado State University. With a decade-long tenure collaborating with top-tier design-build landscape firms across Denver, she has become an expert at her craft. Courtney's forte lies in translating clients' visions into breathtaking designs that exceed expectations, fueled by her blend of experience and boundless creativity.

With over two decades in the landscape industry, Heather merges her passion for horticulture and business acumen, a synergy she discovered early in her career. With her MBA and the distinction of being a Master Gardener, Heather brings a robust understanding of customer service and financial management to the table. As a devoted mother of four, she places a premium on family time and outdoor pursuits, recognizing the delicate balance between work and personal life. Heather cherishes her role within the Soulshine family, acknowledging Scot's leadership as a blessing that allows her to thrive both professionally and personally, doing what she loves most.

Juan brings two decades of landscaping experience to the team, having cultivated his skills alongside Scot from the early days. Beginning as a member of landscaping crews, Juan's commitment and talent propelled him to the role of foreman, and he now serves as a proficient project manager, supervising multiple crews. Collaborating closely with dedicated foremen and homeowners alike, Juan ensures projects meet the highest standards of quality and are completed on time. His wealth of experience and hands-on approach contribute significantly to the success of every landscaping project undertaken by the Soulshine team.
